How often have we set out on a mission to change some area in our life with the best intentions, only to falter after a short period of time?  It could be a desire to improve our fitness, finances or make other lifestyle changes. We often fail not because of a lack of time, resources or even desire.  Typically it is a LACK of DILIGENCE!

Many of us have fallen prey to our own lust, appetites and lack of self-control with regard to our eating and fitness habits.  The world system makes billions of dollars selling us a pill or a quick fix to mask our lack of discipline.

This presentation is designed to help grow and strengthen your diligence (and secondarily improve your fitness).

2 Peter 1:8 says “if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.”  Likewise, 2 Peter 1:10 reminds us to “…give diligence to make your calling and election sure, for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall”…

As you embark on any lifestyle change remember to “seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be be added unto you”. (Matthew 6:33)
